Menopause
On average, 70-80% of women will experience mild to moderate symptoms, while 10-15% will suffer with severe symptoms. Women with exhausted adrenal glands, low levels of thyroid hormones and a congested liver will have terrible menopause symptoms compared to women with a healthy liver, thyroid and adrenals.
Symptoms of Menopause Include:
- Cessation of menstrual period
- Anxiety
- Hot flashes
- Night sweats
- Problems with sleep
- Vaginal dryness
- Vaginal itching (with or without discharge)
- Brain fog
- Memory problems
- Mood swings
- Irritability
- Depression
- Migraine headaches
- Weight gain (especially around the middle)
- Urinary incontinence
Just as there is help for PMS symptoms, there is also help for menopausal symptoms. Don't suffer needlessly. Let's work together to get your quality of life back without resorting to hormone replacement therapy. The BioMeridian screening system can tell us whether or not your hormones are in balance.
Vaginal dryness should not be ignored. When the vaginal walls become dry, they become thin and lose elasticity. Over time, left untreated, this could result in a prolapsed uterus which would require surgery to repair. Natural lubricants under the names, Oh My, or Sylk are not only to be used during sex, use them several times a day to lubricate and keep your vagina healthy.
A nutrient dense diet, regular exercise, stress management, and a blend of supplements specific to your needs can make a world of difference. Let's talk!
