Is PMS Controlling Your Life?
Premenstrual Syndrome affects 50-70% of women typically between 7 and 14 days before menstruation. As women, we have come to believe these symptoms are normal, but I'm here to tell you that these symptoms are not normal and there is help.
Symptoms Include:
- Mood swings, depression, sadness, anxiety, anger, and irritability
- Deccreased concentration, brain fog
- Swollen, tender breasts
- Cravings for carbohydrates
- Water retention
- Clumsiness, dizziness, or vertigo
- Change in sex drive - either dimished or increased
- Bloating, weight gain, fluid retention
- Backaches
- Heart palpitations
- Headaches, migraines
- Skin problems
- Herpes outbreaks
- Uterine cramps
- Angry outbursts
- Cry easily
- Fatigue
- Insomnia
- Constipation or diarrhea
PMS has been linked to liver and bowel congestion, poor diet and lack of exercise. Estrogen dominance is almost always a factor in hormone imbalances, caused from environmental estrogen mimickers.
For some women, symptoms may be mild to moderate, and for others they may be so severe as to be incapacitating.
Your hormones don't have to control your life. Don't let anyone ever tell you that PMS is normal. I can help you to determine where additional nutrients are needed and what supplements would be most beneficial for your symptoms specifically.
