Meridian Stress Assessment (MSA) or Sensitivity Testing is used to identify:
- Specific food sensitivities
- Environmental sensitivities such as pets, pollen, or dust
- Candida, mold and fungi
- Hormone imbalances
- Vitamin and mineral deficiencies
- Digestive problems
- Parasites, viruses, and bacteria
- Thyroid imbalance
- Adrenal fatigue
- Heavy metals such as mercury and lead
- Organ dysfunction, and much more.
Sensitivity testing takes the guess work out of what your body needs or doesn't like, and can tell you and your health practitioner more about the current state of your health.
Once imbalances are identified, I will make recommendations that will have profound and long lasting effects on the quality of your life. The quality of the food we eat directly impacts the degree of well-being we experience. Good health starts in the grocery cart. I can help to identify and correct the nutritional causes of imbalances in the body.
Recommendations will be made to address your unique needs. Not only will we address nutrition, but also your lifestyle, exercise, emotional well-being and stress management. We will work together to optimize your health and well-being, and prevent future health problems.
My approach is based on a nutritious natural foods diet, along with high quality supplements when needed. I believe in the consumption of the most nutrient dense foods available to help the body naturally balance and heal itself.
"Hello Penny. I was in for sensitivity testing on October 19th...and the results showed that I am highly sensitive to gluten. As recommended, I have had a gluten-free diet since that appointment and as you predicted, I cannot believe how I feel now! I have energy, can focus, my memory has improved...my general sense of well-being has improved so much I can't begin to quantify it. I am amazed at the results." Merridy - Carroll's Corner
