I talk about nutrients alot. Nutrients include: vitamins, minerals, protein, fibre, water, good fats, and carbohydrates.
Deficiency in just one nutrient can lead to symptoms. Acne, dry skin, brittle nails, thinning hair, muscle wasting, brain fog, and fatigue are all symptoms of underlying health problems.
